My all-time favorite brownie recipe: 9x13 pan, oven at 350
combine: 1 1/4 c ap flour (you can even go gluten free here--works great); 1 tsp salt; 2 tbsp cocoa powder
melt over very low heat until combined: 12 oz dark chocolate; 2 sticks butter; 1 tsp espresso powder
when melted, whisk in: 1 1/2 c sugar; 1/2 c packed light brown sugar
whisk in: 5 eggs
stir in flour mixture and: 1 tsp vanilla
spread in pan and bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs attached, about 30 minutes.
