What should I do with wild goose?
A friend who is a hunter gave me some wild goose breasts. Any suggestions as to how to cook them?

How lucky for you!
I recently started a discussion about wild pheasant here:

and members of the site provided some general game cooking resources that could get you started. In particular SKK's suggestion of Hunter Angler Gardner Cook was a good one. They know their stuff.

If the breasts still have the skin on definitely maximize that (with some of that delicious goose fat)!
