I am cooking 3 bone-in turkey breasts for Thanksgiving (each is 8 lbs). At what temp and how long should they cook. They will not be stuffed, but will have been brined for 36 hours. Thank you, and Happy Thanksgiving.

USDA and other food safety experts agree that 165 degrees is the safe temperature, though personally, I use 155 and let it rest with foil on. I will continue to rise to at least 160 to 165
