Is it possible bake ahead and then freeze the "Genius Apple Cake" featured here: http://shine.yahoo.com/shine-food/genius-apple-cake-182500453.html
I haven't done it, but I'd guess this freezes beautifully. Make sure to wrap it tightly in plastic and maybe a layer of foil as well. I'd let it thaw at room temperature.
