I have swiss chard and salmon for dinner. Need some ideas for a quick and healthy one person meal. I want to broil the salmon as well.
Thinly slice the chard and saute with olive oil and garlic slices. Marinated the salmon for 1 hour in 1tbls white wine/mirin, 1 tbl soy sauce and 1 tbl olive oil. Then broil for 10-15 min (depending on thickness)
