when to frost cupcakes

I'm serving cupcakes after dinner tomorrow. They are baked and cooling now. Would it be best to pipe them today or tomorrow?
If it makes a difference, they are vanilla buttermilk with butter cream frosting & chocolate with dark chocolate frosting.
