thinly sliced marinated cucumbers as a tangy relish!

I don't think you're allowed to have pulled pork without a good, vinegary slaw. Baked beans are also classic, as are sautéed collard greens. Spoon bread or cornbread are good as well.

My favorite is to serve the pork on a homemade potato roll and top it with a creamy cole slaw. And there's got to be a dill pickle spear alongside, too! Corn on the cob would go well and a fresh fruit cobbler for dessert. Oh, and let me know what time to be there! LOL!

I cannot get enough of watermelon salad in this weather, and I think it contrasts very well with grilled meats. This one is superb: http://www.epicurious.com...

It also is very, very good the next day(s)... if there is any left!

Slaw is definitely good. Grilled corn or a corn salad would be nice. Spoon bread as well.

Here is a good oil based slaw that is excellent with pulled pork.

OOPS - sorry for repeating myself. Got impatient with the "add answer" button!

Definitely include cole slaw. Garlic bread is also a good side.

Some sort of a slaw would be nice. Doesn't have to be mayo-based. Something tang to cut the heaviness of the pork.
