i made them yesterday, it taste good but most of them was raw i mean still dough in the middle ,even after i reduce the heat still get brown very...

...fast. some help pls before i fry the other half,

thanks for answering my question so quickly, i did used a thermometer when i fry them.

It's really important to make sure the temperature stays steady. If it gets too hot then the doughnuts do get dark quickly on the outside but not cooked through on the inside. So the key is to use a thermometer that helps you monitor the temperature.
