Are there any salsa recipes that don't have to be refrigerated??

It has to go on a trip to college so it might not be able to be refrigerated for a while also it will be in a mason jar

You could use a salsa recipe that's designed to be canned, and then it would be shelf stable after processing. This one requires a pressure canner, but you could also look for a recipe that just needs to processed in a boiling water bath.
