Like kale chips crispy?! Preheat oven to 400 degrees. De-stem, cut into smaller pieces (bite size if so desired) spread evenly on baking sheet and mist with cooking oil, and sprinkle coarse sea salt over the top! Bake for 10-15 mins, turning once around 7-8 mins in

Remove the rib from the leaves. Tear in half (or smaller pieces if preferred) Brush both sides with olive oil. Arrange on sheet pan. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt. Bake at 250-275 until crispy (about 20 minutes total) turning once at 10 minutes
