Uses & how long will it keep in the fridge?

Alice talks about how she likes to use the sauce in this post: http://food52.com/blog.... As for storage, it should keep for a couple of days in the fridge. Bear in mind that the parsley will start to turn brown after a bit, so if you're concerned with presentation I'd use it pretty quickly.
