A question about a recipe: Lemon Tea Brined Slow Roasted Chicken

I have a question about the recipe "Lemon Tea Brined Slow Roasted Chicken" from inpatskitchen. Do you take the teabags out of the brine before you put the chicken in the refrigerator for 24 hours?

Yes...remove the tea bags after steeping the tea.
