I wet brined a turkey overnight. Is it better to leave it in the brine or take it out and leave in refrigerator overnight?I would like a crispy skin

You're right on. I'd take it out of the brine, pat it dry with a paper towel, and leave it in the fridge overnight, uncovered. The drier the skin going into the hot oven, the crispier its skin will be. Good luck!

Hi Jimmy, I'd take it out of the brine and leave it uncovered in the fridge overnight -- this will help dry out the skin so it crisps better. Good luck!
