Does anyone know of an exceptionally good tuile recipe?

I'm looking for a basic tuile recipe that I can use as a base for a pink peppercorn tuile I'm trying to make. I know Alice Medrich has several tuile recipes in her cookie book--has anyone tried one of them? Thank you!
