Where are the dates in the list of ingredients? And what can I replace the brown rice flour with - spelt flour? or brown rice flakes? Thank you

I would send the author of the recipe your questions. Just go to her profile and click on the little envelope. Hopefully she will see your message.

I think what she meant by dates is a pitted and chopped dates (http://thefrostedvegan.com/2014/01/08/vegan-baking-basics-baking-dates/). You can get it in normal grocery store near raisin area. Since she blends the date, other forms that you can use are date paste http://thehealthyfoodie.com/date-paste/ or whole dates. that Both are available in normal grocery store, though mediteranean ethnic market sells them the cheapest.

My point is: how many dates do I need for this recipe?
