I have a question about the recipe "Mediterranean Cauliflower Rice with Smoky Red Pepper Sauce" from Gena Hamshaw. I'm not sure if I've missed a detail... but is the cauliflower pre-cooked? Or is this a raw recipe?

It's a raw recipe, but you could easily cook it after the processing step.
