How to make a homemade soup base. Not a stock, but a concentrated reduction.

Google machine keeps giving me reduced stocks, I want the equivalent of a Better than Bouillon type base. Thinking of becoming a vendor at my local farmers market and while prepping the applications and permits, I would like to know some of my options for tools or possible products.

If you google "chicken stock paste" and "chicken stock powder", you will find a few. There's one for vegetable stock paste that looked good.
