How can I avoid having my pie crusts stick to the bottom of the pie pan? I use a glass baking dish--is that the problem?

Glass is fine. Your dough should be chilled before it's baked. After placing it in the pie pan, chill in the fridge for at least an hour. That should help prevent it from sticking. If you roll the dough too thin there could be holes in the bottom that filling leaks through. This could cause the pie dough to stick too

Good point. I do use chilled dough, but don't put it in the fridge before filling. I will try that next time. Thank you!
