I have a question about the recipe "A Bowl of Green" from tuscanfoodie. Would Anaheims be a good substitute for New Mexican chiles?

Anaheims are probably the closest thing available in most supermarkets. Way better than the tasteless Ortega canned chiles. Maybe through in a few serannos as well.

Thanks! I wish we had access to hatch chiles in Chicago, but so far all I've seen are Anaheims and Poblanos.
