I have a question about the recipe "Cinnamon Chocolate Tart with a Pecan Crust" from Food52. Could dark chocolate be substituted for the milk chocolate?

Don't see why not. the pie will have a different flavor (stronger chocolate) but because of the cream and butter in recipe, still have some (though less) of the creamy milk chocolate flavor.
