How much longer does it take to bake this in the 10" round pan vs. the 9" x 13" pan in the original recipe? That's a difference in area of 33%....

...The Food52 editors should know the answer to this, as they made it in the round pan, as shown. (The recipe should be revised to provide this alternate baking time.
