I'm making Italian sausage and recipe calls for 1 tablespoon of cracked pepper and 1 tablespoon of garlic powder. I only have cracked with garlic.

Meant to say cracked pepper w/garlic. How much should I use?

they say to fry up a bit of your mix and taste for seasoning. that way you will know. i bet it will be delicious.

Try 1 tablespoon of what you have, then taste and see if you need to add more for your liking.
