I have a Smoked turkey that i purchased. How long and what temperature do I use to heat it through?

A 12 pound bird will take roughly 2 1/2 to 3 hours to cook at 350° F and it should be heated through to 160° to 165° F.

I purchased one too and was instructed to serve at room temperature.
