I have a question about the recipe "Irish Brown Soda Bread" from Merrill Stubbs. Perfect recipe for a cold Sunday morning...wondering if it can be made in a loaf pan to give it more shape?

Most breads can be baked in a loaf pan, Traditionally Brown Soda Bread is baked in a round cake pan possibly because that was all that was available at the time.
It should be fine in a loaf pan. The baking time may be different though - so watch it.
Went with my gut and already did it...it's baking right now and smells divine!
