Hardboiled eggs in cookies and other baking.

I'm trying to find a recipe for cookies I read which used boiled eggs put through a sieve or food mill. They apparently gave the cookies a distinct structure and texture.

I'm also interested in any other recipes for baking that involve ground up boiled eggs. Except for James Beard's strawberry shortcake, because I'm already aware of that one.
