I'm making a pie crust that calls for gingersnap cookies. I have gluten-free gingersnaps; will that affect the way the crust bakes?

Here is the recipe: http://www.bonappetit.com...

Gluten free cookies should work just like regular cookies in a crumb crust - no problem!
