i'm serving this sunday nite and i am unsure what to serve with this. salad, steamed green beans, etc. please give me some suggestions
You should definitely have a nice grain with this delicious dish. I would suggest bulgar or quinoa. I would also have a nice green salad with citrus (orange or grapefruit) and some briny olives. And a good loaf of bread to soak up the sauce.
How about served over lightly buttered pasta and a caesar salad?
Papardelle pasta is a good match with cacciatore aka "hunter style" recipes.
