I have a question about the recipe "Wild Rice and Carrot Tea Bread" from Posie Harwood. We just made a large batch of wild rice mix (I think it is a few brown rices and then wild rice). Do you think it would still work out alright?

Hi Posie! What are your thoughts on subbing an alternative flour like brown rice, almond flour, etc or a blend?
Please report back if you give the recipe a try with an alternative flour.
I'd worry that using something like almond flour might make it TOO moist but it's worth a shot! Rice flour would help keep it light and tender I think so I'd try a mix.
