I have a question about the recipe "Chicken Thighs with Chickpea Ratatouille " from Sarah Waldman. My husband doesn't really like chicken thighs. Any suggestions re: trying this with chicken breasts, e.g. cooking time, etc. Thx!

I substitute chicken breasts for thighs all the time. No one cares for thighs. Cooking time may be longer and suggest using a meat thermometer.
