A question about a recipe: Roasted Mushroom Ragout with Cannellini Beans and Artichoke Hearts

I have a question about the recipe "Roasted Mushroom Ragout with Cannellini Beans and Artichoke Hearts" from EmilyC. Should this be cooked in the oven covered or uncovered, not sure given the desire for crispy pancetta. Also wondering if we think this could work in a pressure cooker.

Pretty sure it's intended to be uncovered in the oven, in order to get crispy pancetta!
