Can I bake this cake, refrigerate it, and serve it on Thanksgiving, or will the fridge dry it out? The recipe says it's better the next day!

I'd love to get it done tonight, but I'm worried the cake will be too dry by Thursday. Thoughts?

Hi Alexis, I would feel pretty confident making the cake tonight (especially because it gets better with time). Just don't cut it beforehand as you will lose moisture that way.
