I just made a vegan pumpkin pie today for tomorrow. I will refrigerate it to set, but should I cover it? TIA

Yes, I would—unless it's still a bit warm, then I'd wait to cover until it was cooled (so no steam gets caught and makes things soggy).

I'd probably go plastic wrap, but either will work! You're just covering to keep the top from drying out and crust from getting soggy or inheriting any weird smells.
