do I need to cover my dough?

I just got a new oven with a dough proofing setting, which I am using as my house is uncommonly cold. I was wondering if I need to cover my dough with plastic wrap during the bulk rise, as I usually do outside of an oven.

Yes. This will keep the surface moist, which is necessary for a proper rise and the best texture of the dough. ;o)
