Do you place the muffin tin in the water filled pan?

Hi Julie - I found the recipe on the recipe author's blog here: http://justadaydreamer.com/easy-cheesecake-cupcakes/ and she describes the water-filled pan as creating "a sauna" for the cupcakes, so I don't think she's having you cook them in it like a water pan, but rather just above it in the oven.
