I'm making ravioli w/ spinach & ricotta inside. I want to freeze them but the spinach was previously frozen. Do I have to cook them before freezing?

I'm assuming that you're making fresh ravioli from scratch. I've not had a problem with freezing any of the raviolis that I have made, including with spinach.

Thanks for the fast reply, Kim. I'm making them from scratch but wasn't sure if refreezing the already thawed spinach would make anyone sick without cooking it first.
