I have a question about the recipe "Ploye, Traditional Buckwheat Pancake" from Joana . How are these cooked? It says "baked" but gives no oven temperature.

I think the recipe author is using the word "bake" as a synonym for "cook."
The recipe instructions mentions a hot pan. After all they are pancakes so it makes sense that they are cooked on a stove.
A nod to nostalgia without being kitschy.
