What kind of frosting are you making? This recipe for vanilla buttercream (http://mynameisyeh.com/mynameisyeh/2017/8/vanilla-cupcakes-with-vanilla-buttercream) uses 3 cups powdered sugar to frost 18 cupcakes, so you'd have to multiply it by 11 to get enough for 200--about 33 cups. Work in batches!
