I have a question about the recipe "Rice Porridge (Khao Tom)" from edamame2003. am i supposed to cook this until all of the water is gone, or drain it after i poach the egg in it?

Hi, you can poach the egg separately and add to the top or add a little extra water and cook it in the pot of rice. Don’t drain; the water reduces as the eggs cooks.
thank you! i think there was some user error on this one, i ended up using a slotted spoon to serve this, fishing the meat & rice & egg out of the water....
