Are you asking for a way to clean the grout and tile yourself? I've found the best solution for nasty grout and tile is to use oxygen bleach and a stiff scrub brush. You can mix it into a runny paste and apply it to the grout lines. Let it sit for a few minutes -at least 15, and up to half an hour, and then scrub away with the brush. If you add this to your mop water each time you clean in the future, you can help avoid having to do this again- unless you get a really tough stain of some sort. I don't live in Australia, so I don't know any specific product names to give you, or of any companies which can do the work.

Maybe another editor has taken over her responsibilities, but if yes I've not seen an announcement.

Actually, most of the spam I've seen has been in comments to older threads that suddenly pop up in emails- I would think that would be pretty barren ground for a spammer, but I suppose anything goes in self promotion.
