A question about a recipe: Welsh-Rarebit Yorkshire Pudding for One

I have a question about the recipe "Welsh-Rarebit Yorkshire Pudding for One" from Eric Kim. What size is the ramekin? I'm making this for 15, so need to know if the recipe can be "15xs" of does it need adjusting?

Hi friend,

At home I make my single-serving Yorkshires in one of those 6-ounce white porcelain ramekins. Unless you have 15 of those lying around (which you might!), I'd recommend following the instructions for the "Yorkshire Pudding Party Side for 24" riff here: https://food52.com/blog...

All you do is multiply the "for One" recipe x8 (so 8 eggs, 2 cups flour, 2 cups milk, etc.) and cook in two 12-cup muffin tins. You'll come out with 24 smaller Yorkshires, but people can have seconds.

Let me know how it goes!

E
