Cooked vegetable tastes like spoiled

hi
i have invited 30 guests for dinner
i have made punjabi mix vegetable
but when i have tasted , cauliflower in mix vegetable tastes like lil bit spoiled.
what to do now
plz help

If you think its spoiled then it probably is. Don't serve your guests spoiled food. Make a quick potato and peas sabji, or even better, don't worry if you have one less dish at the table.
