Will these reheat well?

I would not freeze them. To reheat since they’re fried it’s best to use a toaster oven, or the oven, or just reheat in a pan to recrisp the edges and that should be fine. Just don’t reheat in a microwave, it could get rubbery and the edges will not be crisp
