what is the bake time and temp for this?

I have the Emile Henry crown baker and have no idea what to do with it! (beginner!) I made the dough but don't know what temp or for how long to make it

For a basic enriched dough like this I'd say bake at 350, until whatever you're making is about 200F inside and nicely browned on top. For buns I'd start checking at about 20min.
