When will Trader Joe's bring back their great black bean taquitos???

They likely don't know. I'm no insider, but it seems to me that the downside to their policy of setting a fair price and sticking to it is that they'll have to sign large, long term contracts with suppliers and it can be difficult when they need to be renegotiated.
