husband tries to cook a roast
My husband put a thawed 2 1/2 lb chuck roast in a cooking bag at 2:30 pm. Vegetables, carrots, potatoes, celery along with spices at 325 degrees. He decided to change the time on the oven and accidently turned off the oven at 3:00 p.m. and did not realize until 4:15 p.m. when he turned back on the oven at 325 degrees. Will the roast be okay to eat after sitting in an oven for and hour and 15 minutes.
