What are good black bean recipe ideas to pair with Roast pork?

Not sure of the flavors with pork, but it is a whole pig roast. I think I am going to go smokey, and saw a recipe submitted that had smoked peppers, cinnamon and chocolate. Also, going to service it with pickled onions. Thanks for the responses.
