can this recipe be halved -- Cha Trung (Vietnamese Egg Meatloaf)
i have a smaller pan and would like to make this half the size. can this be done?

Judging from the ingredients list the recipe should be safe to halve. I would, however, modify the cooking time to avoid overcooking. If you have a thermometer, I would recommend testing to see if the center has reached 160F (70C) before serving.
