Is there an adaptation for milk chocolate?
I see that Royce sells a milk chocolate version, is there a way to tweak the recipe to work with milk chocolate as well? All but one of us in my group aren’t huge dark chocolate fans but this looks so good I want to make it anyway. I know traditionally when making ganache its a different amount of cream when you swap to milk chocolate, any ideas on how I should adjust?
