What is the depth of the cake pans?

Hey Erin, this recipe looks amazing! Just wondering if in the video you are using 2-inch deep or 3-inch deep cake pans? I find that for some recipes, if I use a 3-inch deep cake pan, the cake comes out dense and doughy.
