Can you reheat rice in rice cooker on the keep warm setting?

I wouldn't recommend it. Reheated foods need to reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees within two hours. times and temperatures lower than that allow for the growth of bacteria. Rice is susceptible to bacillus cereus, which can cause vomiting and diarrhea. A better option would be to place your rice in a covered pan and reheat it in the oven at 350 degrees. You may want to add a bit of water to the pan so that the rice doesn't dry out, and also will heat faster.
